I've worked at the intersection of deep tech and business strategy — leading the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across Generative AI, AI/ML, Product Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps.
As Director and Head of Engineering at Everest Group, I've built high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams from the ground up — embedding a strong culture of agility, innovation, and ownership.
I drive IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and platform engineering, while aligning every initiative with broader business goals. I bring a strong lens on IT cost optimisation, tech investment planning, and emerging technology enablement to ensure we're building for scale and value.

What is your current role?
I am Director and Head of Engineering at Everest Group, leading the engineering organisation end-to-end since January 2026. I previously served as Senior Manager, Engineering (Jan 2024 – Dec 2025) and Manager, Technology Solutions (Jul 2022 – Dec 2023) at the same firm.
What do you focus on?
Enterprise Generative AI strategy, agentic systems, platform engineering and internal developer platforms, cloud architecture (Azure-first), DevOps + MLOps, and engineering leadership at scale. I established and lead the GenAI Center of Excellence at Everest Group.
Are you open to advisory, board, or speaking engagements?
